About Me
Hello, I’m Pam. I’m a lot like you.
I’m a woman who’s spent decades navigating the fast-paced, demanding restaurant industry while trying to figure out how to create more balance, peace, and fulfillment in my life. I know what it feels like to be stuck in unhealthy habits, feeling like you’re living on autopilot, and wondering if true freedom and happiness are even possible.
I hold a BA in Psychology, I have a 300hr yoga teacher certificate, and two life coaching certifications, but my most powerful lessons have come from real-life experience. With 25+ years in the restaurant world, I’ve walked in the shoes of my clients—balancing stress, uncertainty, and the constant pull to “power through.”
I recently made a bold move. I sold my house, bought a camper van, and hit the road with my two cats, living the dream of freedom, peace, and authenticity that I help my clients achieve as well.
